Ok i have a full time job, And currently working a temp job everyonce in awhile. im not the type who plays the lotto, or belives it’s possible to win. i currently live in amarillo & im 23 yr old AND married. She’s 20yrs old and also works a full time job. we have no kids. Now that i described thing that our nessecary i need help, my rent is really high, and im suffering from debt several payday loans Which i KNOW i should have never taken out. so pelase dont go on abotu the evils of Paydays loans…i have learned my lesson. i have sold or pawned everythnig i have to make it, but we just dont have enough money to keep going like this, the church helps everyonce in awhile with food But thats all. We dont have any friends or family who is willing to help us…where alone in this mess. Basicly i need help I need to know is there ANYWAY to make Fast or EASY money? legal?, illegal?, Government?, or just normal help I dont care really i just need to get some extra money, to pay off the debts. if i could just pay off the debt or at least consolidate all of it to 1 easy monthly payment it would help. Problem is im not elgable for Debt consolidation, So i dont know what to do anymore. Finaly i have pretty bad credit AND my wife has ZERO credit….we dont have ANYONE willing to co-sign a Large bank loan to help me Consolidate it. PLEASE anyone out there who knows how i can make easy money or how i can get a bad-Credit no co-sign Conslidation loan or even just some way to feed my family. im young and i make mistakes, but now i learned from them and im ready to get out of my mistake and learn from all of this. Rent is cheapest in town due to the fact my in-laws our renting us the aparment But wont let us live there for free REGARDLESS of the Sutiation. also bankruptcy cost $700 how can i file Bankruptcy if i cant even make minmal payments on the loans!

I currently owe about $25,000 on 10 cards, I was paying them off with minimum paymetns until i missed a few payments (late fees, interest % to 29%) and now its getting worse and worse. I feel i can no longer keep up with this. A friend of mine recommended me to do Incharge.org for debt consolidation, But I’m not sure because isnt it almost the same as bankruptcy since it’ll ruin my credit for the next 7 years and I still have to pay most of it back? Another says I should file for bankruptcy. Which one do you recommend? I really don’t know what im going to do. How does bankruptcy work? I know that it’ll ruin my credit for the next 10 years, i won’t be able to buy a house a car or get a loan, but thats not what im worried about. If i file for chapter 7 bankruptcy, does that mean all my debt will be wiped off and i just have to deal with not being able to get credit for 10 years? is that all it is? thanks alot for your answers. thanks for your, but how do i file for chapter 7? just try to find a bankrupcty laywer? and i read that i have to qualify for chapter 7, what qualifies? thanks

i need to pay off some of my credit and have one payment and no debt conslidation isn’t for me most of those guys are pushy and the payment arrangements are worse than my monthly payments now.

I’m a little over 13,000 dollars in debt with combined unsecured loans. I’m trying to find a conslidation company who will give me low payments. I’m not looking to pay my debts off fast. I’m looking for lower payments. Even if it takes longer time to do so. I need to be able to pay rent and utilities. Anyone have advise?

I have tried to get all my bills together on one payment but the bank would only give me 20% intrest. The probalem besides the high rate is that my highest rate on all of my credit card is only 10%. I allways pay on time, so why cant I get a lower rate? Any ideas? (no equity loans!)

my husband and i have around $5000 in medical bills that we would like to pay off. they are all with the same collection agency. would it be better if to deal directly with the collection agency or go thrugh a debt consolidation compay? i contacted a debt conslidation agency in my area and they informed me that even if the debt is paid it still stays on your record for seven years. if i deal with the collection agency is it possible to have them remove items as they are paid off? any advice on this would help greatly. thanks.

Over time i have accumulated large credit and personal loan debt that i am really hurting from today. In the past 6-12 months i have been making minimal payments on all the credit cards on time. The interest rates are high on the credit cards between 19-30%. I contacted serveral debt conslidation firms that told me that i would need to be late on my payments before they can help me. Can anyone recommed a non profit debt managment firm?

I want to know exactly everyting on my credit report and start paying this off to increase my fico score. Please any info reguarding cleaning up my credit is greatly apperciated. No Spam or Debt Conslidation programs please. This is something I want to do on my own. Also, I would like to know where I can locate dispute letters.

Okay, I made some bad decisions and took out a couple payday loans, they are killing my paycheck each month. And, I have some high credit card bills because of my husbands illness. Before he got onto health insurance we were paying for his insulin (expensive) plus we have a 1 and 2 year old in daycare and diapers. So, I just wonder about debt conslidation. has anyone used it…? Does it really work….? Is is a good idea?

I am now back at work and able to pay a back a loan to climb out of debt but everyone keeps saying no because of charge offs and late payments if I could just get caught up and make up the payments on a conslidation and not lose my home. where do I turn to I need about 10 thousand dollars.
